Victorian Ball gown with an 1860 silhouette, Model “Annalisa”. The dress is made to measure, Taffeta color grey and silver organza.
The bodice of the dress is stiffened with 10 steel bones sewn inside.
The classic pointed shape (both front and back) is finished in the edge and in the seams by a cord covered with grey satin bias. The upper is embellished with flounces in taffeta and organza, and enriched with a fake organza shirt. The bodice is internally lined with gray cotton canvas.
The ruffles, in the back, are longer in order to cover the lacing of the bodice (lace and eyelets).
The classic heart shape of the era is created by two additional pads placed inside the bodice at the side of the bust.
There are also two hook and eye fasteners that allow you to secure the bodice to the skirt so that it does not move.
To make moving easier, in case you use the dress for historical dance shows, you can insert an OPTIONAL elastic at the shoulder.
In the Victorian ball gown on silhouette of 1860 model “Annalisa”, the skirt is gathered in folds around the waist and decorated in the last 50 cm by alternating flounces in taffeta and organza curled on a cord.
