At the end of the payment process the order will be taken over by the system. In the case of CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS, once the anatomical measurements have been entered and confirmed, the garment will be made and delivered directly to the address provided by the Customer.

Our products have a variable shipping time depending on the availability of raw materials and events not under the direct control of Secret Times. Shipping times in any case cannot be guaranteed. The times required for shipping are shown at the time of product choice and related customizations. Any delays not known at the time of order confirmation are always communicated.

In case of need or urgency you can contact me, I will try to do everything possible to satisfy you. Additional costs may apply in case of requests for accelerated deadlines.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders OVER € 99.00.

In all other cases, the cost of shipping varies depending on the country of destination and the weight of the package. You can see the final cost in your cart at checkout.

How does the shipment take place?

Secret Times ships worldwide using express couriers such as Poste Italiane Crono and GLS (in the latter case, shipping is done exclusively within the European Union) to the address provided by the customer at the time of order completion.

After sending the order, the Customer will receive an e-mail with the name of the courier who took charge of the shipment and the instructions to check the online tracking; it will then be possible to follow the shipment from your personal page or through the website of the courier indicated.

From the moment of shipment, delivery will take place in:

• 1/4 days for shipments in the Italian territory (For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and the islands the delivery may require an additional day);
• 2/5 working days for shipments outside the Italian territory for countries within the European community;
• 3/10 working days for shipments outside the European community.
• GLS express shipping: 24 hours for shipments within the Italian territory (with the exception of Calabria, Sardinia, Sicily, and minor islands, where the shipping time extends to 48/72 hours).

Working days are Monday to Friday.

Expected shipping date varies according to payment method and date of confirmation of anatomical measurements. During the periods of national holidays there may be any delays due to the closure of the establishments. Any variation in shipping times will be communicated by e-mail.

Secret Times is not responsible for delays in delivery due to the courier or customs controls.

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

If the order has not been shipped on time and you have not received any notification or update on the status of the order, we suggest that you:

• check the status of the order by accessing your reserved area on Personal profile> Orders;
• check that the address indicated for the shipment is correct;
• if the status of the order is “sent”, contact the courier in charge (Poste Italiane);
• in the presence of a non-delivery notice, contact the courier in charge (Poste Italiane);
